Stretch + Restore* - Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners. Whether you are a marathon runner in training or an all day desk sitter looking to unwind, this class is for you. You will be guided through a series of stretches designed to increase circulation, flexibility and range of motion, followed by a restorative yoga practice with the use of props to support the body and unwind. Classes are heated allowing you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility, 82 - 85 degrees.

This class is a form of vinyasa yoga, designed to strengthen the body and mind through synchronized breathing and flowing movement utilizing upbeat music to intensify your workout. The room is heated allowing you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility in postures, increase cardiovascular strength and build endurance. Classes are guided at an intermediate level with advance options offered to deepen your practice. Room temperature is 82 - 85 degrees.
