Class Descriptions

Gentle: Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners. You will learn the techniques of basic yoga poses and alignment principles and how to connect them through gentle breathing techniques. Temperature 70 – 75 degrees.


Gentle Sculpt: Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners. . Class is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group using body weight resistance in combination with vinyasa-style yoga flow. Temperature 70 – 75 degrees.


Stretch & Restore: Suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners. Whether you are a marathon runner in training or an all day desk sitter, this class is for you. You will be guided through a series of stretches designed to increases circulation, flexibility and range of motion, followed by a restorative yoga practice with the use of props to support the body and unwind. Classes are heated to 80 - 85 degrees.


Flow: Suited for all levels, some experience is recommended. Learn to synchronize your breath with movement in this vinyasa style class. You will experience an active practice through a series of postures that tone and strengthen the body while focusing and calming the mind. Class is heated to 80 - 85 degrees.


Slow Burn: Suited for all levels, some experience is recommended. This class combines vinyasa flow and holding poses to enhance strengthening in all areas of the body. Class is heated to 90 degrees


Power + Restore: All are welcomed, some experience recommended. A Slow Burn style class followed by a restorative yoga practice with the use of props to support the body and unwind. Class is 75 minutes and heated to 90 degrees.


45 Flow (45 min): Suited for all levels. A powerful flow class designed to get you in and out in 45 minutes. Room is heated to 80 - 85 degrees.


First Fridays: All are welcomed, some experience recommended. Join us the First Friday of each month for Sweat & Surrender, a heat-building Vinyasa Flow practice followed by a series of restorative poses to unwind. Class includes opportunities to play within your own practice such as inversions, arm balances and binding poses. Room is heated to 90 degrees allowing you to safely reach new levels of personal growth.
